Any additional info on the trailer, any damage. Build sheet, what all is included?

I tried clicking the link but it told me it needed access to all of my stuff so I didn’t go any farther.

No damage. Good condition with some wear. Pictures are very recent and accurately represent the condition.

I caught that as well and will correct. The picture is right - 6 lug. The wheels on the trailer are not stock but was modified by previous owner. Your comment has led me to research the wheels so that I can have the brand, lug pattern, and offset. Thanks!
