I'm not sure how much of a market there is for any of this but I hate the idea of throwing it all away...

I've re-geared a few t-cases (including my own) over the years and have amassed a quantity of used internals that are still in usable shape.

I doubt it would be recommended to mix & match used gears since they all wear a little bit differently but for someone who's really desperate it may be worth picking one of these up-

I've also got a mostly in-tact HF2A with a bad rear extension housing (damaged inside bearing seat walls- would need to be machined to be fixed).
Actuator is also broken (came from crashed vehicle)
