Hello I am new to The FJ world. Can someone please point me in the right direction to purchase a stock REBUILT transfer case for 1965 FJ45?
Thank you!

I have 3 rebuilt ones on the shelf, ready to go. My contact info is in my avatar and my signature line.

Feel free to give us a call. We have rebuilt HUNDREDS of these transfer cars and have all generations in stock along with rebuild kits, internal parts, upgraded parts and associated items like e-brake components and much more.
We build multiple transfer cases for in-house use, other repair shops and end-users like you.

Happy to help!

Thank you ALL for the info. When I get a moment I will reach out to each of you. The FJ is mostly just used at events to promote our photography business and some country driving. Nothing that would qualify for OFF ROAD. It has an LS1 conversion kit installed. The current transfer case is simply stock and very.... VERY loud.

I would definitely try to upgrade behind an LS!!! I would go with an Orion....

What transmission does it have in front of it? How much backlash do you have in the rear end? Not saying the transfer case isn't worn but, sloppy rear ends can and often do transfer sound through the driveshaft.

Thank you we will check the rear end as well. Orangefj is building us a transfer case now so looking forward to that! I will post an update once thats installed next month. ALL of your help is much appreciated!

Here are some pics.....
