Kits are sold out at the moment. I'm going to give the recent purchasers a week or so to hopefully get them installed and provide some feedback here. If all goes well, I'll be ordering bulk materials to make a good # of kits and get the website set up for purchasing.

Might do a "pre order" of sorts with a 1-2 week shipping time.

Stay tuned!

Is there 200 specific install instructions? The process for the 200 does not match the 100 series on the website. @Ramathorn15 do you have a picture of what hardware goes where front and rear and which stock hardware I need to retain. I’m trying to install these now. Thanks.

Sorry about that! Just sent them via email.

Finally got time to get to work on my install…

So, what goes where?

I’m usually pretty good at this stuff but this has me stumped.

#1 is the rear brackets that mount inside the wheel well. #2 is the front brackets. #3 is the rear flaps. #4 is the front flaps. All work on either side except for #2. The fronts have a bend in them to pull the flap into the wheel well to clear the front tires.

Were you able use the instructions? I know they aren't great yet, but they should hopefully give you an idea of where everything goes.

Maybe these will help a bit.

Rear. You don't have the large brackets in the rear as they're only needed to hold the stock rear bumper.

Ok, this does help. I’ve been looking on your 100 series instructions so now that I understand the washer situation this bracket example should get me there.

What are these small socket head cap screws and this tab for?

I think maybe I missed your order when sending out the indirections. Using your location info here, I think I just sent you the instructions via the email you used when checking out in the store.

Those keep the flap from popping out of place. Let me know if you didn't get the instructions in your email. They should hopefully make this much easier. Feel free to text me at 304-276-6523 or PM your email address if you didn't get them.

Here they are on my dirty rig. Flaps are great. Nicely made.

Bracket pics in case they help someone.

Front:

Just note the bracket shape (please see the next picture for bolt correction (that rounded head bolt with the customer supplied washer is incorrect, Owl provides a flat head countersunk bolt that fits that spot perfectly without a washer - It goes in the spot with the largest hole).

(Please note the angled head bolt that goes in the large hole. I got that wrong the first attempt as you can see in the first picture above.)

Rear:

I have a Dissent rear bumper, so had to do some creative installation due to the way I trimmed my bumper liner, not a Owl issue. Please ignore rivets, and focus on the rear bracket shape.

Bend in front brackets (identical by the way) angle backward, away from the tire.

Small allen bolt is a stop to keep the flap on:

Nice touch is that all of the allen head bolts are 4mm (or perhaps a standard equivalent, because the threads seem to be SAE). Tip of the hat to @Ramathorn15 for thinking of the installer and making them consistent.

Thanks for noticing! They're technically 5/32" but 4mm hex works perfectly. Had to go with SAE as metric extruded nuts were not an option. From there on, I tried my best to make sure they were easy to install for those of us who don't carry SAE tools.
