Arb Sahara (rubber extrusion, mount strips) install question (1 Viewer)

I'm installing an Arm Sahara bumper on my LX470 and I can't figure out how to install the rubber extrusions on the wings due to the horrible image quality in the instructions. It's step 11 & 12 where I'm supposed to insert mount strips into the rubber extrusion and screw them in. The mount strips appear to be U shaped soft plastic that don't really fit into the extrusion. This should be an easy step but it just doesn't make sense to me at the moment. Any advice would be appreciated!

I had the same situation, figured it out (I believe)

Here is a pic from the side.
Basically, you slide the metal strip thru the slit and then screw it to the top. The big lip goes in front to cover the gap between the bumper and the head lights/grill

OMG thanks, I was looking at the completely wrong part! That helped clear it all up.
