Does anyone have this rear bumper?

I bought a roof rack from this seller(highly rated in my opion) and it's great!!! Hoping the bumper is of the same quality but just wamt to make sure people don't have issues with it!

Probably not. Usually they have very poor fitment and not engineered to any kind of quality level. I wouldn't have high hopes of getting any kind of longevity out of it, especially if you take your truck offroad at all.
