Very interested in this solution. Additional option would be to mount it in the tailgate cavity. Drop gate, open panel, boom - compressor, hose fittings, etc.I'm going to put it on the side of the ARB drawers like Phuc did, will have to build brackets plus a way to mount a fan over it

I have the ARB drawers, and an ARB twin compressor just waiting for installation, so consider me very interested in your solution. Now that's an interesting new idea.
But most likely I would do the arb drawer setup.
Im actually working on that exact set up now, Ill post as soon as I find a bulletproof wring method thr the tailgateVery interested in this solution. Additional option would be to mount it in the tailgate cavity. Drop gate, open panel, boom - compressor, hose fittings, etc.
I don’t think the tail gate caviy is deep enough for a compressor. It itnis handy for lots of loose, small objects.Im actually working on that exact set up now, Ill post as soon as I find a bulletproof wring method thr the tailgate
I have a local thats going to make a new iteration of the wagon gear style tailgate I have now(if he can do it) that will allow for a bit of extra depth. Ill try and grab a pic of the blueprint all IF and if thats a no go I already have the witsend QP insert installed but I was saving that for MPT and small odyses battery inverter want it all tucked away tight and rattle free. I would be VERY interested in this outcome. With the ARB drawers, there’s a good 1-2” of clearance when the tailgate is closed. What if the extra depth was in the lid door itself?Im actually working on that exact set up now, Ill post as soon as I find a bulletproof wring method thr the tailgate
Perhaps go with the outback extreme compressor that’s weather proof, kicks ass on the ARB and can be safely mounted on the exterior like where your spare tire used to stow.I have a local thats going to make a new iteration of the wagon gear style tailgate I have now(if he can do it) that will allow for a bit of extra depth. Is the Puma submergable and happy to be mounted to the bottom side of my rig? Is the Puma available with a 1.5hp motor? Tank shmank.....The Puma pump, without the tank, for twice as much?
Yea after commenting I hit him back for a pic and the air tubing is too much work and would only work for the rear, so its going in the QPPerhaps go with the outback extreme compressor that’s weather proof, kicks ass on the ARB and can be safely mounted on the exterior like where your spare tire used to stow.
