Anyone ever rebuilt the sunroof guides? (1 Viewer)

Since I got my rig the rattle in the sunroof has driven me insane. I finally got a sunshade for it and after learning I had to remove the entire sunroof assembly to install the shade, I figured I'd try to solve the rattling. (Also very close to just welding up the hole and being done with it.) Can the bushings be replaced? Anyone have a source? Video shows what I'm talking about

I've been wondering the same thing. I shimmed it temporarily with a folded up paper, and just don't use the sunroof.

No the bushings cannot be replaced. You have to buy the entire left and right rail, which contains new bushings. I did this and rebuilt my sunroof. This should fix your issues. See this thread for write up and part numbers.

I know those rails are NOT cheap.
