anybody ever broke a Detroit like this?

mine broke exactly the same . From a stock axleshaft breaking . couldn't find anyone to sell me replacement parts . would be interested in the phone number of the person spoken with at eaton .

I never talked to anyone at eaton but i figured out the part number and then called two different distributors, the price on the case is around $500, new detroits are around $650

I've got a used case on it's way, one that someone fragged the internals on
