I will be in Idaho Falls next weekend and was wondering if anyone knew of any easy-moderate day trails for my stock Tacoma?

You could extend the drive a little and turn right onto NF-58 and go up to Palisades Dam and get onto highway 26 there.

Just drive east, over Teton Pass and go explore the Jackson Hole area.

That is my two cents.

I prefer west Yellowstone and island park to Jackson hole personally. But if he continued on the 26 from palisades dam into Wyoming Jackson is only an hour away.

While you're touring the area, keep in mind that the entire region is an ancient volcanic crater from past Yellowstone eruptions.
