The furnace is struggling to make heat this morning.
It is about 15 degrees here, Thursday is supposed to be -15 for a low.
Our thermostat has the furnace kick on ~4:30 AM and start heating from a low of 62.
When I got back from swimming at a little before 8, the temp is at 64 inside, hmm.

Clean the flame sensor. You can follow sequence of operation and see where it stops. But it sounds like flame sensor or the pressure switch is not making some times.

I had to replace a bunch of these secondary heat exchangers. Not knowing your actual running conditions make this a guess at best. The things to check are your burners to see if they are all running like they have when it was running good. That means a good strong blue flame being pulled through the furnace. The only thing the homeowner can typically do is keep the filter clean, make sure the blower comes on. There is a lot of info available on sights like HVACTALK. Here is something on the heat exchanger problems your model have. Carrier and Bryant are owned by the same company: Carrier Heat Exchanger Failure - https://www.furnaceacexperts.ca/carrier-heat-exchanger-failure/

Darn dude - this is money...

The furnace started cycling again, the house fan would cycle off and then back on before the desired temp was met.

She was throwing code 33 - the flame rollout switch/temp sensor was opening. It did feel hot around there.

I went back in to the AC condenser and there was a little bit of dog hair and lint. I cleaned that, new filter, no difference.

I checked your link and sure enough, my Bryant 340A looks like it is covered for a warranty replacement of the heat exchanger. Not sure why it was all good until just recently?

It looks like it is going to be a project...
Carrier Heat Exchanger Replacement - https://www.furnaceacexperts.ca/carrier-heat-exchanger-replacement/ This doesn't show any details about how to do the actual replacement. Maybe they discourage that?

It also looks like I need to have an inspection by a certified tech to claim. It doesn't look like I can just phone it in. Any advice before I call a guy?

Thanks all!
