I am trying to find ECU firmware updates (Factory) and realized I need to have a TIS login to get them.
Is there any database or dump of factory ECU firmwares available?

I'm ignoring the "why" for a moment...

Not that I'm aware of. My $0.02 though - honestly though if you need them just get the $65 "professional" subscription of TIS - without all the spyware and hacks that are on software downloads I'd be concerned about trying to flash my ECU with some version I found on a random website. Plus I *think* you use your VIN to get the ECU firmware and the VIN is used to ensure you get the right version for your vehicle.

This is great help, I didn't even know we can get a subscription to access this info. Thanks for letting me know.
I was under the impression only dealer technicials and Toyota/Lexus certified mechanics will get access to this.

on that note, one of the bulletin says, before you start ECU reprogramming, connect your battery to DCA-8000 battery diagnostic tool to keep the voltage above 13.5 volts.
Anyone who has done ECU reporgramming or updates, did you use this tool for voltage stability to battery?
