Did you fabricate the SS members?
Yep, I left as much of the area around the door bottom latch as I could and shaped the new stainless metal to meet up with the old metal.

The parts I received from Real Steel Cruiser Parts looked very good, rear sill, quarter patches, tailgate rear sill cover and rear corner channels. Heavy and looked to be well made. I was going to use parts from an eBay seller but after seeing their parts in another thread I was relieved I stayed away. The parts in the photo looked cheap and poorly made, not anything like in the eBay listing.

Can't wait to see more!

Got patch panels & rear sill today.
Degreased metal parts then sprayed on the inside with weld through galvanize primer.

Borrowed my son-in-laws Lincoln 135-Plus MIG. Will use .023 wire w/ 75/25 Gas.
Panels cut off w/ Radnor 5x.040x7/8 wheel.
Thanks for looking Bob.

Keep those pics coming...................

Cutting out the old patch panels and fitting the new ones. PAX side will require more fit to finish, looks doable.
