got some exhaust started

Still need a couple little things, like rad cap, fans, band clamp to finish the charge air system, drive shafts, install rear seats, drop the starter to move the brake lines

I moved the fuel bard about 180 degrees and unhooked the throttle cable from the master cylinder and that opened up enough room for the intercooler pipe to fit without interfering with the throttle linkage on the pump.

How is your access to your oil filter with the intercooler piping? The only way I manage to loosen the filter is by going through the PS wheel well with a filter wrench. Once loose I can snake my arm up from the bottom.

Ya I'm sure it's going to be about the same, for the fuel filter the intercooler pipe is going to have to come out.

Nice to keep seeing forward progress keep it going! seems like ur getting close to the home stretch!

Also I'm officially in the same Diesel Adapters club... I drove up and got my kit couple weeks ago (which is seeming to be an advantage I have living kinda close to him) and am well into the project, I just need to get caught up on a build thread...

I was really hoping for some wastegate blowoff!

ok I'm stuck on the wiring. got all but 1 wiring connections hooked up and the truck wont start with the key.
I started it by jumping the start wire on the starter and the tach doesnt work.
I'm missing the oil pressure sensor wire.
the fuel solenoid doesnt work with the key either.
anybody got an idea where to start?

Turn the key and make sure you have power to said wire is where I would start.

Is your harness a Dustin modified one? I've had my tach stop working due to knocking the plug off during an oil change. Also had the Dakota Digital box lose connection a few times. How is your tach hooked up? When looking over @The Phoenician setup he has a pretty slick tach sensor on the flywheel. It's seems like a much better solution than running off the alternator.
