Love those hats, I really want my wife to get me the tailgate set up but she resisting me!

I could go crazy with WagonGear items. Cargo and tailgate to be exact... Maybe... Stay tuned..

If you are driving down to Durango you should take a quick stop (ok well maybe not quick) in Steamboat Springs. Great place and absolutely beautiful, check out some of the local fare, and maybe take a ride on the gondola up to the top of the mountain. Great small town and the hot springs (not the ones in town the ones out past Lowell Whiteman) are incredible.

She is coming along great, cant wait to see her done!

Thanks G, I lived up by Ft Collins, CO for almost 6 years.. Been all over CO, just never down by Trapper's area. Vail, Aspen, Beaver Creek, SteamBoat, Evergreen, Montrose, Ouray, you get my drift. Very pretty areas indeed. Love the local artists work there.

 I just do what I can to support a top-notch guy running a top-notch business.

He's taught me a TON over the years, either through me watching ( probably not really helping ) him wrench on his 60, or by helping me fix things on my 60. It's the least I can do to pay it forward:D

When I get a tailgate from Kevin for my current 60, it will be the 3rd I have purchased from him. Totally worth every penny.

Yeah, the tailgate is on my wish list that the wife has. Hopefully she gets it for me one day.

Enough said Johnny, hear ya and agree 100%.. He's been a pleasure to deal with thus far.

Man, I have never seen that wagon gear stuff before, bad ass for sure. I just wish it was something even close to my price range :(

Good choice on keeping the patina!

Well Snow, I guess it depends on how you look at it. Some may say those products are expensive but, as Trapper just said, "worth every penny". For me, if it lasts and stays dependable through it all.. price really isn't a factor, well to some extent.

All in all.... Love the WagonGear products and service I've received and have a feeling I will continue to feel this way for a long time. Monetary limitations suck sometimes but, imagination can prosper from time to time.

That's awesome. Yeah we have family there and love visiting when we can. Close enough that if you need something major you can run to Silverthorne to the outlets or to Craig but far enough away that most of the time you don't have tons upon tons of tourists. My BIL is a rugby player for Steamboat so we normally hang out at SunPie's on the river, watch rugby, drink beer, and then stagger our way back to the school (well ride as the stagger would take a few hours). Got out entire 'Boat family now so hoping to make another trip soon. I was hoping that I would have a good, clean running 60 to take out there and do some exploring with my BIL but that has been put on hold, plus don't know that I would want to see the fuel bill for a normal 16hr drive over the mtns! :crybaby::bang:

Wow...nice work!

Well I figure that my 1000th post should be directed toward Marley.

Plans for this weekend include, FINGERS CROSSED, Monstaliner, install bumpers, sliders, and finish off roof rack mounts.

Possibly a few other items if time allows. No promises on anything though. HA!

Ambitious! I have to work tomorrow :( and then sunday for family haha another weekend off of the old girl I guess.

Snowman, ambitious.. YES....so, here we go.

Started the morning off putting the remaining gutter mounts on and sanding the lower panels for the Monstaliner.

For everyone one out there including my wife.. Its gonna be okay, don't cry, its just paint. ;) I DIDN'T FEEL A THING! :grinpimp:

I have my first coat on now letting it cure and tack out before the final coat. I ordered the gallon kit and will have some left so the wheel wells will be getting some protection as well.

I'm gonna enjoy a few beers and then finish it off.

Final coat down and tape pulled. :grinpimp::grinpimp:

I'm very pleased with the Monstaliner, great job Magnetman on a great product. The install was beyond simple, texture is very eye appealing. Tape came off with no complications. Left a very straight line.

Dry time was much sooner than the directions. But, It was hot and very dry here today.

Weather has turned to cloudy and looking like rain so, I won't pull Marley out for poser shots. Maybe tomorrow when I get the armor installed.

Enjoy
