Annual Meeting

This thread is for the sole purpose of those of us on mud determining a good date for the annual meeting which can be passed along to the whole club through the email. And there wont have to be any sort of disagreement as to if, when, or where, we discussed it.

So any suggestions on the date. The next chance I could be in the upstate would be the first weekend in July I believe its that 2-3 Otherwise I vote for late August, like right before the trial ride JP had previously talked about.

well what about early sept. like last year? it is tradition to have it the first of the month

I vote for late august or september

Saturday dates in august and sept
aug-13 sept-3 - also texas a&m game
aug-20 sept-10
aug-27 sept -17 - also miami game
sept-24 - also Boston College game


So to me it's lookin like the end of August is gonna be the better dates.

My vote is for the end of August. Second session will be over and I'll have time to work on both cruisers( fingers crossed). Good point chuck about CU games, I don't want to miss a game, this year is going to be nuts!

August 27th sounds good to me too. Time to set all in place and make
arrangements. Aunt Sue's?
Starting at lunch has been the norm.
I'll float this via e-mail to see if we get any other ideas or input.
Say give everyone a week to think about it.

Sounds good to me David I'm a big Aunt Sues fan. I'm also liking the 27 we have to avoid a CU game weekend at all costs.
