At least on mine. It should have a whole that allows it to straight to the ground. They have this in front and back corner of inner wheel well. So maybe yours is all clogged.

Phil, I have the "-itis". The Land Cruiseritis. I see or think of things and go into fix it or add it mode. I'm learning a lot. Before I got this rig, I knew how to change air filter, light bulbs and fuses. Now I can do like 3 more things. e.g Pump my own gas (only when out of state. Lol). I see your rig is coming along nicely.
