I am asking for advises and guidance on the issue here, I have a 1985 hilux with a 2.4d engine that has been giving me problems with external regulator(s) which damages batteries freq. so I would like to know which alternator can I use on this engine that has a rear vacuum pump and an INTERNAL voltage regulator. 2 I am asking for tips on what parts will be affected like glow plus etcetera.
