It’s entirely possible I have a issue elsewhere, I am also running SPC UCA’s and I am in Moab so there’s a bad history with those here in the last week.

I’ll add that the noise emanated from the floor board at my wife’s feet and almost went away after the second shop torqued it to spec.

My number one mission once I get home is to find a good shop for alignments, I’ve been through more of them than I care to admit. I went through the timeline with my wife earlier and it’s been 4 at home.

Cruiser Outfitters doesn’t even appear to sell the whole assembly. Do you have part numbers?
We have them all in stock here in Murray, Utah
Part# SUS48068200ROEM - OEM URJ200 Front Lower Control Arm w/KDSS - RH
Part# SUS48069200LOEM - OEM URJ200 Front Lower Control Arm w/KDSS - LH

We have cam bolt kits in stock too. Those may be unassigned and used for install's or when we selling complete arm kits.

We also have every possible combination of OEM and/or aftermarket rubber bushings and all ball-joints for the uppers and lowers. We have 5? different upper control arms in stock too, OEM, jobber replacement, Dobinsons, SPC, OME and maybe another I'm not thinking of. Ball joints and bushings are sold as kits or individually as needed.

Lastly, we work super regularly with a few fantastic alignment shops nearby that know 4x4's and specifically 200's extremely well. One does a few alignments for us each week including many 200 builds, $300K+ Maltec 200 owners like them to drive really straight and smooth ;)

It would be super cool if you could share those alignment shops. At this point I’m willing to drive out here from Georgi for a good one haha.

When searching those part numbers on your e-commerce site nothing comes up. I also couldn’t find them when browsing by series.

If you have direct URLs, I’m inclined to order them for an upcoming refresh on my 2016. Appreciate all you guys do for the community!

Not yet on CruiserTeq.com, we are adding dozens of items weekly (volume sellers get prioritized as you can imagine) but we sill only have 25-30% of our in-stock inventory on the ecommerce site. Ping our parts team!
