What’s next? Hmmm... I am probably going to remove the fuel pump and send to down under for a rebuild with bigger plungers to try and getting more fuel. Other things still need to be done is re-install the tow hitch, maybe work on the front bumper to fit a winch. Try and straighten up the drivers seat back. Re-do the exhaust. And...? Never done, right?

I know this is a dumb question, the answer to which is sitting right in front of me, but there are 50+ pages, so if you don't mind me asking: In the start of the thread you have a right hand drive truck. On page 51, it shows a picture of a left hand drive one. In a nutshell, how did it become LHD?

I could not stop myself from doing the math. The 3.7" opening is about 34% larger than the 3.2". A significant increase.

Got the exhaust done. Was going to try and make it exit same as factory but by the time I finally got it across the cross member behind the front tank I decided to just dump it in front of the rear wheel again. I will need to find a longer 25% bend elbow for the end.

Looks good.
Is that the aluminized kind of pipe?

Looks good. That’s where I was going to exit but looking at your photo I won’t have enough room with the shortened bed and the step.

Mine is cut down even more to fit 80 frame.
Ah...you could do without the step or have it exit through the step. I have so far never used the step. I have thought about what it would look like if you made a cover over the step to make it solid.

Yeah I was thinking how much I would use them. Even with 4" lift I can access the bed better than my brothers brand new stock Tundra. I also haven't modified the step for the shorten bed. On my Ford I usually use the FF hub and tire as the step so probably could use that method on the 75.
