I have pages thru the FSM twice now page by page and cannot find the values to torque these bolts and two nuts. The ones that hold the air chamber to intake manifold. Thanks for the help. D

I can't remember where it is in the boox, I think the Emission section. Look in the backish. There is a table based on bolt and nut size and it gives the recommended torque.

That's from the FJ62 Engine manual I have just FYI. 'Service Specifications' section pages B1/2 which are as @Saucerman points out in the back. This is of course assuming yours is an FJ62. You have the manual OP?
 
Hey thanks! saw that but was hesitant as the bolts have no markings and it just seemed too generic to be trustworthy. d
