Then we came to this narrow, off chamber, washed out shelf road.......did an assessment. Decided not to die, and headed north thru Young and onto the hiway and home.

Good thing I swapped to the later hubcaps. I smashed this one good and the other back one got dented too.

Maybe these 2 will mate and I will get a Cruiser pickup?

That looks like the salt river bridge. Our trip this past spring took us over towards Young we camped with Mr. D. Gore. I love that area and would love to see more. Don't want to hijack your thread.

Yep. The guy drove it there from North Dakota in 1968 and it never left until he passed

After smashing the tailpipe on the rocks several times and rewelding the mount a few, it was time for the tailpipe to go. Went hot rod style. No more pipe hitting everything back there....sway bar, shock, gas tank, shackle....
