Advice request before purchasing a Land Cruiser (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I'm thinking of buying a 95 Land Cruiser and request the help of the board's experts in the process. What are the things to look for / look out from in the 1995 80's series?

In addition, does anybody know a good mechanic in the area of Prividence RI to which I might take the car for inspection?

Yes, I am considering buying a car from a member and might actually do it if this oportunity would not pan out.

With gas prices these days, you might want to check into a diesel or bio diesel or even a full veggie swap....

Gas prices

Well, I'm coming from a country where gas prices are double than what they are here - so to me it is still a celebration. On the other hand I live in Cambridge MA and a lot of the gas stations here don't carry diesel fuel so it's gas for me.
