Adjusting steering wheel alignment? (1 Viewer)

My 97 cruiser does not pull to the right but the wheel tilts to the right. If you are driving straight the steering wheel needs to be turned to a slight angle. Ive read you can adjust it with the steering realy rod. Anyone done this or can point me in the right direction so that I can do it. Its just kind of annoying,
