CORRECTION it's a 91, but I can't seem to alter the header. Yup, searched. Can't find anything except a guy who did a diy element on his stock mirror. But he did that for cost ($15) and I'm not really concerned with that.

I have a 91 with power NON heated mirrors, but see these on Ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/RH-POWER-DOOR-MIRROR-WITH-HEATED-GLASS-FOR-TOYOTA-LAND-CRUISER-91-97-TO1321147-/152297887313?fits=Year%3A1991%7CModel%3ALand+Cruiser&hash=item2375a95651:g:O6sAAOSwnbZYFEHi&vxp=mtr

Anyone know if they are plug and play?

Side note, any moderators reading this, the link under VENDORS for Teq Land Cruisers in George is not working. Vendors I was trying to find heated mirrors from a vendor to support them.

Where does it say those are heated?

FWIW there are no 80s with heated mirrors that I know of (maybe someone in Canada had it as an option?). It's all of us adding it as a mod. I have a thread myself somewhere.

Sadly they never sold the 80's here. The ones we have are imported from the US mostly.....and Japan.

I'd guess you'll have to add a switch and wiring to support the heat function of the mirror. The ad does not show the wiring, but I'd assume that there is one plug for the power functions that your OEM mirror had (likely plug-n-play with the OEM wiring,) and one plug for the heat function (you supply wiring and switch.)

I have been wanted to do this, by making a heating element, to fit our goofy mirrors, there are stuff sold on Fleabay but will not fit out mirrors so a element to go around the motors and mechanisms

Yeah I saw this. I was hopping for something not so involved.

I have a second set of mirrors, so I will do this, I hate foggy mirrors, I had them on my F350 got spoiled

Wire it in with the rear window defrost switch. My 95 Jeep GC has heated mirrors and they turn on when the rear defrost is on.

The Lexus RX has them. They come on with the Rear Defroster.
It also has washers for the headlights, and Xenon Headlights that auto adjust for height.
I guess if you need all these Toys just step up to the 2-Hundo....Is your kids going to college really that important?
