How exactly do I get in touch with Dan

I tried emailing, but he's not accepting them at the moment...

tried PM, but he's not accepting those either

You can also get them at Cruiser Parts...but they'll just buy one from a dealership. Dan gives you a nice discount - if you want one now just go to the parts counter and order a second row middle belt. Should cost you around $65 or so.
