She was speechless..and even gave me the green light to spend a little money on it, just as long as I left it the stock height. She has always been into the cruiser thing, but has never had her own truck. Next she'll want to learn stick, and start driving the FJ40.

She's a keeper!!!

Yes we have a local pub that all the land cruiser guys hang out at. Last week we had four red FJ40 in the parking lot. They have beer happiest hour from 4pm-5pm every day.:beer:

Damnit, thats just not fair!! I have to drive 3+ hours just to hang out with other cruiser/yota guys. Do me a favor, next time please refrain from even talking about this Cruiser pub thing. Thanks in advance!!

where is the Cruiser pub at?

seems like a nice laid back place...I am going to have to check it out one of these days...

Very nice ride Mark. I think it's worth every penny of the $17,500.00. But I still think you could have negotiated down to $16,999.99. :D

Hey Mark I have a great condition front bumper for you. I'll deliver next time I head up to Austin or the Lake. If you come this way drop by and pick it up along with your spare 3FE wiring harness.

I have my stock take off springs from our 62 they still had good arch. I had newer OEM shocks too. I can probably figure out the mileage on both.

Nice score, great color!

David,
I could use the stock springs and bumper, let's talk off line, I'll give you a call on Friday.

Thank - Mark

so im taking it that you live right off of burnet somewhere? we will need to have a couple drinks here soon.

i try and get to austin every 2 weeks if schedule and money permit.

beautiful 62 also from what randy has told me it a practically flawless truck for a good deal.

thanks mark i will shoot ya a message when i do for sure. maybe i can save up enough to drive the 60 down too. (it cost me $150.00 in fuel last time i drove it down here)

This pinstripe... this a dealer add-on or something? Looked around in the reg a bit and did not see this on most (any?) of the two toned.
