For those of you with multiple rigs and not knowing which one to take, I will be generous enough to offer to drive one for you so you don't have to decide :steer:
Haha

Dammit, just realized I have a wedding to go to that weekend

At this stage in my life my social calendar is all retirements and funerals.

Undecided at this point. The red forty is much more of a “go to the show” kind of truck

That’s what I was wondering. I’ll register both. If you don’t drive the red forty, Afghanman or Connor (friends kid I took last year) can do it.

I'll be willing to make the sacrifice and drive one of them for you lol
Although depends on if my family is still in town then

I’m registered for both FJ40’s. Note the height restriction of 7’8”. My beige forty is right about that height, but no issues last year, and if I rub, it will only be a roll bar.

Thanks for the heads up on the height restriction. My 80 just brushes the weather strip at the top of my garage opening, will have to measure and hope that's 7'8" or less.

You probably have a 7’ garage door. You would have to have a helluva lift and tires or a roof rack, to be in the 7’8” range. If nothing is on top of the truck I’m sure your 80 is fine.

I suppose the NVA crowd should plan on meeting early at my house, so we can group up and all park together. I kind of liked the outside area we had last year on the ramp up to the roof top private area.

An 80 can quickly reach the 7'8" mark... all it takes is 33" and a roof top tent and you're at 7'5 on stock suspension

For those of us that don't have your address will you share? I'll definitely be able to go if you still need a driver. Or I'll just come meet up there and ride out with one of yal

@apinti fit through my 8’ garage opening with room to spare. Lift, RTT and 315’s(?)

I'm good to go with clearance. Garage opening is just under 7'3".
@Tikicruiser - Game to meet at your place if caravanning is the NOVA consensus.

You can drive my stock 450, if it's still here

.

Would I be out of line to bring a CMCC-dirty 80? I'm not much for washing vehicles but I'm not much for car shows, either.

I could bring my "rat-rod" 40 that will make everyone else's prettier. They are playing the Dodgers at 4PM Anyone staying for the game?..and any chance Adam can give us the hook up on some tickets?

We will do the same optional meetup at my house early AM Saturday. My two forties are going with four committed people but there is ride along in the jump seats. 6420 Pima St Alexandria. We’ll post specific time soon. You have to register as this is not a show up on the fly event. Last year they mailed back packets ahead of time with passes. I haven’t received it yet, but time is cutting close if you are thinking of bringing a truck. I think we have interest in going to the game. My idea was maybe play golf after hitting a diner after the event. I have a fun 9 hole course near my house and after that we could head down for the game. I have the whole day free and Colleen is at the beach, so we have the run of my house for shenanigans.
