Hi guys, I have a 2002 lx470/lc100, took it up the mountain recent few weeks. I am running 35s with 2.5in lift, no regear. I notice sometimes (this happened 3 times going up and down the mountain) when I turn left, the speed is not even fast, and ABS kicks in and brakes for me, it kinda drives me crazy.

I already checked the bearing by jacking up the truck and tested it by holding up the bottom of the tire and shaking, both wheels and super snug no play.

One thing I changed during the past month is the outer tierod on the right side and the alignment right after it.
What it could be? Thank you, guys, would be appreciated.

@albertliang3 - Google this. Many Toyotas do it, and the cause isn't super obvious. It's your stability control falsely kicking in. Some attribute it to loose wheel bearings, and some to bad sensors. Few have found a simple solution.

I had a similar issue years ago. My left front sensor was intermittently throwing a code.
I tried to replace the sensor and broke it trying to remove it, took the wheel off to do a full repack, replace seals and surprise. The seal behind the knuckle let mud in and the surface where the sensor reads was caked in mud.
I would check that first at it threw codes exactly as you describe with yours, low speeds, turning and intermittent.
The gap between teeth's where full off mud

I think that the best explanation is that the steering rack bushings are shot.

Steering rack cured it for me.
