It seems like it might be geared. How do i figure out ratios and stock vs. not.

Stock would be 4.10. Jack it up and turn the wheel two revolutions and count how many times the drive line rotates. Have to lock the hubs to do the front. Any of the usual vendors will have the clutch master and slave set-up, CCOT, Cruiser Corps, SOR, Cruiser Outfitters....

My cluttch only works if i double pump it. Im thinking about replacing cyllinder down to slave. mosty because I dont really know that much about hydrolic clutches. Is there a better aftermarket brand or should I go with oem or do I just need to bleed them?

You may want to start with JT Outfitters master and slave kit with a stainless steel braided Teflon line to connect them:
