Parting Out A440 Transmission from FJ62 for sale

I have an A440 automatic 4-speed transmission for sale from a FJ62 (see pic). It’s my understanding that it was just recently pulled from me good running and driving FJ62, but I do not have any information about whether it has been rebuilt in the past. Was informed it has about 139k. I’m doing the H55 5-speed swap into my FJ62 while doing motor rebuild so no longer need it. Will take $750 for the A440 transmission.
