A $90,000 2013 LX570, no trailer wire plug?

I'm seeing things on other threads that some don't have this?

They can't be serious? I just bought a brand new boat and can't wait to tow it just to see the V8 make mincemeat out of it.

Am I missing something?

The original selling dealer didn't do their job at prep. It's supposed to be there, but often gets forgotten.

All 2013 I saw before buying mine had one.
You can buy the part from Toyota and install it yourself.
The location is not obvious as it is under the bumper on the passenger side, not close to the hitch cover.

I haven't checked, mine might be there, maybe not. The dealer will be adding it for free if not however, because it says in the manual there is one-- I just looked it up.

I haven't checked yet. I just saw some other posts where people say they're missing them.

Obviously a long shot...

If the trailer plug came with the truck and was never installed, it would be in the left side 3rd row seat....unzip the back and check. hth

Trailer light dongle may also be in one of the tailgate storage spaces. Ive never seen one installed unless a new car buyer requests it.

Yeah I checked a TRD Pro yesterday and nothing there.

Imagine my surprise when my new to me 2017 LC didn't have a 7-pin. Actually found out it's on purpose because these vehicles are built for global markets, and not everyone uses a 7-pin.

The wiring is there, it's just the pigtail missing. $150 later on ebay....but at least the install was super simple, 2 screws, 2 plugs, and off we go.
