Bought the truck a couple months ago intending to put some time and work into it. Got promoted. Don't have the time. Tried to get my wife to make it her daily driver but she is scared driving it, not like a little scared but like white knuckled all the time.
The good;
Very good mechanical condition. Had it run down by a local shop and engine compression etc all very good. Excellent smog for age/miles. Interior in good shape, no damage/rips/tears. All gauges, levers, buttons, radio, cd etc work. AC works. Includes third row seats. Factory lockers function. No leaks.
The OK;
Exterior has a couple bumps and bruises, nothing major. Minor accident and the front bumper brackets need to be re-alligned. It came to me that way, but its apparent it was a minor accident. There has not been any repair work to try and fix the minor bumper alignment issue. I took the bumper off but no time to mess with it so its back on. One small scrape over the rear wheel well needs to be touched up.
The bad;
Needs new/refinished front rotors. Limited service history. I pulled the hitch to refinish it and one of the brackets is ruined. It would not have been safe to tow with. The bracket is inside the frame, I'm pretty sure this is non-repairable. If you want to tow a hitch would have to be welded on or part of a steel bumper. Does not have 2nd row headrests. I have not been able to find them for a reasonable price. Needs one trim piece on the door replaced, no idea how it got ripped off. Door is not damaged, just needs trim and snap in brackets.
Cash only local sale. Full disclosure as far as I am aware of the vehicle. As I said I've only had it a couple months. Potential buyer is more than welcome to take it to a mechanic etc to their full satisfaction. Price is $250 less than what I paid and discounted over Craigslist.
I have spare wheels that need tires and an OME 2" lift that can be sold with the vehicle if the buyer is interested.
