Looking to sell my 2007 Land Cruiser with 136k miles. I am the second owner and have all maintenance records from the original owner as well as original window sticker etc.

Aftermarket parts are a Grom VLINE (works fine)
Nomad wheels with KO2 tires, tires have less than 10k on them.
ASAP Flaps (taken off in the pictures)

It is 100% South Florida owned and rust free I have done quite a bit of baseline/maintence on it, if there is anything specific you would like to know about just ask. Going to attach some picutres I took this morning (little dirty was planning on detailing it this Sunday).

CarFax reports a minor incident a few years ago which I believe was a dented front fender but all body panels and glass have VIN stickers/etching.

Yours looks super clean but I wouldn't call a 98-02 as desirable as a 06-07. Vvti vs non, 5 speed auto vs 4, and then updated interior. They also made like 10x as many 98-02s.
Vvti is def a 'better' factor for the later MYs but my personal opinion is the 5 speed vs 4 speed isn't much of a benefit/upgrade...this 4 speed is proven and super durable and the modest overall efficiency gains 03-07s enjoy are, I think, more due to vvti. As far as interior, I'd argue earlier MYs are (or, perhaps, should be) more desirable (the non-nav 01 and 02s in particular) because buttons/switches > touchscreens and the center lock switch location is better & harder to accidentally knee-hit. 01-02s also have the stronger 4-pinion front diff vs 98-00s (as do later MYs) which, in my opinion, makes 01-02s the best years for J100s

[Inserting a personal plug here, lol: mine also has the most tasteful of upgrades (bumpers, winch, lift, dual battery) which I think should add considerable value for the right buyer, and is in better shape than definitely any 300k+ mile truck and the vast majority of lower-mileage ones.]

All that said, I didn't realize the production quantity factor, and that def matters w/r to current market prices...so many thanks for that Intel :)

Yours looks great but I think the mileage and year is holding it back a little at the price you are looking for. Logically we all know the mileage isn't that important vs. maintenance but it's still a leap of faith emotionally vs a much lower mileage version.
I think if you posted a bunch more pictures you might get more interest, but it's probably all about the price🤷‍♀️
