I took of the running boards and mocked up the passenger side slider, not a lot of room with the cats there. I talked to the muffler guy about clocking them, but he said I might get tagged at Smog so I will just go around. Anyway, I was going to use a piece of 1/4" steel as a skid plate, but it isn't strong enough so I'll use this "U" to go under the cats. I need to find some pics of how people deal with the piece or fender flare that hangs down, but other than that, am getting closer..

If you look, you can see the rear bumper and sliders, better make sure i got enough wire in the 255!

First official family adventure day in the LX450...Had fun,, no issues (except that I bent the trailer brake mount) and found the end of the road...

If things go according to plan, this will be the last picture of this rig with smaller than 315 tires ever!

Working on the bumper, waiting for the suspension parts and contemplating where the pesky oil drip is coming from, looks like the tranny bellhousing so my guess is oil pan arch seal?

is that a 35? if you have the 2.5" lift, there's no need for trimming...unless you get that thing super-stuffed up in that wheel well...

slowly making some progress, cant wait for the lift to get here...

went on a little field trip with the kids, there are some hot springs in the back country, nothing but fireroads, but its always fun to be outside

its always fun to let the girls drive, the small one is a lap driver, who has gone off the track in a few trucks. the big one is on her ow, hence the drive to get bumpers on first and foremost...

ok, just waiting for my shocks, then I can install my Slinky suspension....its taking for days so I sure hope it is worth it. In the meantime, I am saving up for my axles. I am thinking 4.88 and 35's (they're in the garage) with an ARB in the front and aussie lunchbox in the rear. Thoughts or experience welcome, but stay tuned.

Hello boys and girls,

What the heck is this, part of the security system obviously, but the better question is, how do I get rid of it?
