I haven't been doing a good job of keeping up with this thread. Added a winch, lights, and changed the starter....

Well, I got the rear axle stuffed with an ARB and rebuilt. Got most of the front done too but broke a steering arm stud while reassembling so am waiting on parts...:( To be fair the front axle took longer than I needed to as I went super slow methodical was on it...:)

This forum is super awesome as you can learn a ton, like the three days of soaking in diesel instead of using elbow grease...

I’m not really good at keeping threads current, but since my last post, I had to pull the third member again because the crush sleeve failed and the pinion walked into my locker, dooh! I’ve also been a few trips and learned that lower gears are a must as is some protection for the front bucket mount of the rear lower link

Since I had to pull the 3rd member again, I updated rotors and pads. After reading A LOT of threads, I went with stoptech and the lifetime warranty on dimpled rotors with metallic pads. Stops better, no corvette, but better

Time for part time and lower gears. Step 1, pull stupid transfer case out. Yes, I know you can do it with the transfer case in, but...

@gwnugget, yup, 37’s, or a 20mm trim kit are needed, got get the frame a little further off the ground
