38 thousand miles is amazing no doubt. But I’d say around $38 k should be the asking price, 69 k is ridiculous unless the vehicle has been fully mechanically sorted and concourse refreshed. I could purchase 8-9 decent running cruisers for that price. Turning a profit on each one.
Maybe they want to market that 40th as a retirees special!

Double wammy.:ban:

Can a driver's seat bolster get that crushed down in 38k miles? Smells fishy.

Fishy. And I think they're used to the D90 marketplace

If that entire 80 was in miles-appropriate condition, then it's something approaching a $60K truck.
But frankly, the interior is not up to snuff. Not by a long distance.

Zero pics of the underside, but the engine bay looks pretty clean, aside from the aforementioned valve cover.

I would certainly want to see a carfax which clearly demonstrated a consistent accumulation of miles right up to the current reading.

That dealer certainly has their detractors in some car circles.

Wearing the wrong color grill emblem & the wrong color inset “D” on the wheels.

Wheels may have been refinished, but why at “39K”?
Was the grill replaced because it had too many rock chips to present like “39K”?

I’m smelling the fish too.

Prolly just 38,897 VERY HARD miles... but only on certain parts of the truck that really show the miles.

There is no "buy it now" button. Nah, I wouldn't push it. Clean, but smelly. Fish like.

This guy had NAS D90'S overpriced 15 years ago. Stu might of had a big influence on the Defender market with his pricing. Maybe now that no one can afford a D90 he is on to his next venture. It makes sense though, as the LC herd thin out, the prices will most definitely rise. Nice work Stu. I think 60's are a sure bet. Lets get selling those suckers for 60Gs.

Seat leather looks original. Which would be impressive.

Engines were designed to run. 38k miles is kind of a turn off for me.
