So I had no issues with my LC cranking till I was ran off the road. But now it will not turn over. It cranks but not start. I have tried replacing all the fuses next will be the fuel pump and then spark plugs and wires and rotor but if those were all fine before I’m not sure any help would be appreciated.

Had the same/similar issue after not running for nearly 2 years. Turned out to be a bad fuel pump, just installed today - now time to clean the tank and flush the fuel system/injectors

Thank you I’m going to try that

Is the Check Engine light illuminated with the key in the run position?

No it’s not but I changed the efi already
Then it won't start. If CEL isn't on, ECU has no power.
There is no point throwing parts at it like ignition components etc.
Check the fusible link

Fusible links: eyelet end attaches to the positive battery clamp, the black and blue links attach to the AM1 Junction box. The ~ fuchsia pink wire with the grey connector (connects to the engine harness) is the one that feeds power to the ECU (FZJ80):

Showing black and blue fusible link wires attached to the AM1 Junction box and fuschia/pinkish wire attached to engine harness connector:
Note that the studs and nuts on the junction box are different size as are the eyelets for the blue and black wires (to assist with correct installation).

You are a life saver just checked it out and it was cut from the wreck and just did a quick fix to test it out and it worked I’ll just have to order that now.
Order 2 and keep 1 in the glovebox, they're not particularly expensive and although not often damaged will leave you stranded

^^^AussieHJCruiser^^^ suggested to check the Fusible Links (twice). I just added the photos.:)

The electronic gurus would know what else can cause those symptoms but most of us on the forum for awhile have either read about and/or experienced the same symptoms. Engine cranks but won't start (not firing), with no CEL in the instrument cluster when the ignition key is turned to the ON position means the ECU is not getting power. And one reason for that is a broken/blown fusible link wire.

Do not run with a substitute non-fusible wire for very long (if at all), whatever caused the Fusible link to pop may still be lurking so you risk burning up your engine harness without the correct Fusible wires installed.
