I cut out the old aftermarket alarm. Before doing this I unplugged it from the ignition harness and plugged the factory ignition harness back together. Truck started and ran. I cut out all the door lock stuff from the drivers door. It was all splice connectors so no wires were broken. Set the battery on to charge. This morning the truck cranks but will not start. I didn’t try it last night cause I had other cars to work on. Any help is appreciated.

Did you pull that bundle out from the driver kick panel and reconnect all the OEM connectors

I don’t see any aftermarket stuff there. I got 3 connectors they look factory. All I got there are those stupid splice connectors but I don’t see any broken wires.

Ok so I figured it out. I was going through the fuses on the dash with a test light. They all checked good. I reached over and turned the key and it fired right up. So I started looking and I noticed the 7.5 IGN fuse had a 10 amp fuse in it. I pulled the fuse and it was really cheap looking. Went to my tool box and dug up a 7.5 amp fuse and put it in and it wouldn’t start. I looked at the female ends of the connectors and they were really spread open. I used a pick and closed them up and when I put the fuse back in it cranks and runs. I did notice when it didn’t run the check engine and the charge light wouldn’t come on. Not with the new fuse and fixed connectors they both come on before start up.
