94 CEL question (1 Viewer)

I've been battling a 02 sensor problem for a while now. I replaced my sensors a few months ago knowing that I would need to replace my exhaust soon because that thing was roached out. so today was the day I got a whole new exhaust done thinking I would be done with the CEL..NOPE. i drove home from the muffler shop and jumped the terminals to retrieve the code but when I did I got a rapid blinking light. no pauses. I thought that was no trouble. but when I start the vehicle the light stays on. I also pulled the EFI fuse to try and reset it but the light will come back on at startup. any suggestions would be helpful.

Did you use oem o2 sensors they come in a pack for our years , and are ntk brand. What was the code that you had previously?

I did use OEM sensors. code 21

I did have the wrong terminal jumped. I got code 21.
