Wanted 92 FJ80 - how much is it worth?

104k mi 2nd owner - extremely meticulous. New carpet, leather, roof liner, custom wheels, new 33s. Not locked. No lift. No wrecks. He's a friend and I want to offer a fair price. But my budget is 5-6k. Am I close? See the beautiful picture. Thanks!

I usually don't see them for over $4k. Is that new leather? That would be worth about $500, IMO. The rims aren't worth extra, though nice. New tires are worth a couple hundy. Nice color. If you know what you're getting into and you don't need lockers I don't think anyone would give you grief for paying $5k for it. Great looking rig. Black is the best color.

There's a similar condition '97 fzj80 with an asking price of $10k around here. The 3fe really takes a bite out of the value.

With black paint and leather, it's not a '92. Not sure '93's came in black either. So... a repaint or what?
The rims and oversized tires slightly detract from value, IMO. Nice truck, nevertheless. I believe your budget covers it's value just fine.

Yes it was originally white. Paint job was thoroughly done though - all jambs and thresholds. Only thing still white is underside of hood.
