Looks like great fun! Not sure on the route though, I didn't go past castle hot springs when I went up. Pretty much up cow creek from the top of Lake Pleasant.

Did the route go zig zag up Mt Wasson? Or did you take cut off and go to Minnehaha?

Cool. I was curious how washed out the stream bed was at the hair-pin left at base of Wasson? When I went, my 40 pretty much "fit snug" right in the creek bed to cross. Like bumper to bumper snug. Wheels off ground coming out of it and stuff. From then on, the road up wasson (oro belle road?) was pretty good, with cattle catchers that were washed out around the edges on the outside switchback corners. It was fun bumping the wheels up on those and looking at the sky. Does this sound familiar?

Sure, you guys took a left as you approached the rock from Castle Hot Springs. I took a right when i came up from cow creek/french creek or whatever the heck you want to call it.

the yellow circle was the wash i was describing.

that part was the most fun part when I went. I was curious how longer trucks would do through there. Seems like ass ends could get caught.
