I'm not a wrencher; trying to figure out the average cost for the swaps, would love to see how much you paid for one if you didn't do the work.

do you know if you have the long 4 speed currently?
does it have a 1 piece transmission crossmember?

also add ons, clutch, rear main, etc

easy install would be to get a combo ready to go from 1 of the vendors, no idea on that cost. cruiser outfitters, cruiser brothers, etc
if you have the 1 piece crossmember, no driveshaft mods are needed.
this can be done in a driveway easily on a weekend, if paying a shop to do the install, figure 6-8 hours

Long 4 speed, yes.
1 piece transmission cross-member, yes.

Mainly asking about the labor cost around the mods because I'm not equipped to do that even if I wanted to do it.

Best to get an estimate from the shop that’s going to do it.

if you buy an already assembled unit from a vendor, then the cost of install would be the same as doing a clutch on your rig.
ask local shops what replacing a clutch will cost add in the cost of the H55 assembly and there you go
shop rates vary across the country.
If a shop is not familiar with the H55 and rebuilding the splitcase transfer, you are way ahead if just buying the already assembled unit.
selling off your old transfer afterwards.
