8274 Winch Mounting Plate (5 Viewers)

I’m interested in just the mounting plate for the 8274. I have a CCOT HFS Bumper, not intended for Winch , and I would like to cut a Fairlead mount for an 8274 in the bumper, and weld your plate on the backside, to mount the winch. Any issues with that? Would you sell just the plate? Thanks!

Alright finally had a moment to get this mocked up. Still will need to pull it for powder coating but it turned out great. I was initially a bit worried that there wouldn’t be enough room with the sag steering box but with a slight bit of modification I was able to move the mount to the PS for a clean fit. It’s not centered but you can hardly tell. Below are some pictures. I’ll follow up with more when its powder coated and we’ve run the winch line on it.

Any more completed and ready to bolt on ones available? Can you message me price shipped to 60901? Looking for one to mount an 8274 to my fj40 stock bumper. Thanks
 
Pics of mount installed with the 8274. I just need to run the cable and hook up the battery connects.
Very pleased with the mount and how everything lined up.

UPDATE: 8/2/23 - 9 Kits available - Some welded and ready for shipping.

Also now available: Bumper Support DIY Kit that you would weld the 3/8" 8274 mount to. This fits inside your OEM bumper and bolts to the Toyota Bumper Mount Plate. Drill your own holes. Cut via laser out of 3/16" steel.

Update: 7/7/22 -- ** NOW FITS FJ55** Just tell me FJ40 or FJ55 (Iron Pig) (1" offset to driver side for hand crank clearance)
