I new I did not like the warn 9000 winches so I searched mud................ Bought a wrecked 2nd hand 8274............ re-built it..............Borrowed some cable from work.............. search mud for mounting options.............New 35mm power cable............. and finally after 3 months on the truck I got stuck.
I was out with my 10 year old son(thanks for the pics) and the winch was pricless, still had the Tirfor as a back up, but after all the chinese whinches I have seen go up in smoke I am so glad I waited for the right winch.
NZ$ price new 3800. mine set me back around 750 all up and took loads of fun and good times to build.
