8274 contactor part #

I'm ready to order a contactor for my warn 8274 and need some expert input on which one to get.

The only variable is i have a 9.5 XP motor ready to mount up that is obviously larger than the oem. The tech at warn recommended the warn part #81400.

Your thoughts?

The Warn one is more expensive; may be more heavy-duty, I couldn't say.

I'm running a 9.5XP motor on mine also. Per the thread in this section that I posted my conversion in several years ago, I used a contactor that I bought through Summit Racing on-line:

Wiring an 8274 + Albright

Has worked perfectly 100% of the time for the last 5+ years. YMMV. The contactor cost me $97 at Summit. The part number and a link to it is in the thread I linked to, if you read through the whole thing.
