Nor can I.

He knows.

You've another surprise coming.

Bahahaha. I severely embellished your lack of love for the FJC. Hahahah.

Do me a favor, please.

Give this to Jeremy, :flipoff2:, tell Dave he still can't weld for chit, and if Cowboy is there, let him know his hometown homey's still rocking the Dud's.

Pansies lol? This will make for an awkward first meeting... Ill be sure to take lots of pics of Johnson valley and make you really jealous.

Bahahaha.

These guys "know" me, so you're in the clear.

Yeah, I'd like to see as many pics of Cougar Butts as possible.

Try to capture as much of the natural Cougar Butts shape and form, as possible, please.

Bahahaha.

Have fun.

Oh, it's Buttes.

Couple pics will be fine. Bahahaha.

I digress.

About two years ago, there was a cougar (the mountain lion variety) in the back yard of a Tulsa resident, still within the shadow of downtown.

I heard the story, the Googled "cougar in Tulsa" and man, was I ever surprised at what that query resulted.

When I told my guys, they asked me if I had been living in a hole, since THAT was what the Internet was really for. Bahahaha.

That was along the same timeframe that I was communicating with an esteemed San Diego member of FJCF and offered to "buy beer and the dancing bear" for the assistance in ordering King's.

I had no clue what a "bear" was, on the Internet, and when I was called out and queried, another BIG surprise that left me apologizing and exclaiming my " preference". Bahahaha.

And I'm not even old, just had no idea that it existed on the Internet.

Dancing bear? Not familiar with that one, but ill trust you and stay away lol. Ill try and capture some cougar butts, it is rare to catch a cougar in the open so far from suburbia. I shall be ever vigilant.

I'm in now way, shape, or form familiar with it either. I'm too young and too hetero. Bahahaha.

Had to put a disclaimer out there just in case.

Bahahaha.

Those guys have been around long enough to remember me as "Chris Delancy", since I wasn't familiar with anonymity online until AFTER joining forums. Mud is the only forum that wouldn't allow a user name change.

Make sure you give 80jon the proper amount of crap for being prejudiced against FJCs.

Think the exact words (as I interpreted and for the sake of humor) I heard were "you've got to come out" ( as spoken to another local 80 wheeler) " since all there is is a bunch of pansy a$$ FJCs that wouldn't be able to hang with a Kia".

Derrick will attest that's exactly what you said on his thread, too. Bahahaha.

In all seriousness a good group of guys.

If a guy named Thong shows in a blue FJC or a G Wagen, please send my regards.

He's the one I promised the dancing bear to. Bahahaha.

I love 35s on the rocks!

The real fun starts at 2:50

All I've done is acquire a bunch of parts. Haven't had a second to even consider wrenching, due to work and inclement weather.

Received new ported box from scotia, have new PS lines waiting at Toyota.

Received knuckle and hub studs from FROR, but the order was squirreled and only have enough hub studs for one axle. Ordered the second set.

Received the IS300 wheel studs to swap, possibly shorten.

Received 5th wheel to install Monster Valve and tire.

Have the Slee in can controls ( which I know you'll appreciate ), winch power disconnect with in cab switch, Perfect Switch Isolator for dual battery, and a few other electrical components that I'm clueless on where to even begin.

Sounds good. Just start taking stuff apart, works for me!!!

White Trash of the Elwood Chapter, TORC4x4.org, Cottonland Cruisers.

Since the Krawlers, have to air down to get in garage and can't fit in any of the 8070 doors at storage to leave for any length of time.

Still uncertain how to swap studs, in all honesty.

I set myself up, intentionally.

I am a freak, but contained to the marital bed.....and my wife is female. Hahahaha.

Good thing, or else you'd be balls to the wall :flipoff2:
shame the :princess: doesn't follow your deeper carnal desires. I have a good pick but its definitely 35%. Or 646, you're choice

BTW, have you received your LT upper control arms yet? :flipoff2:

Time to clean out your PM box! Haha

Done deal. Apologies.

If the conversation would be easier here, I'm all for.

Ok cool, I've got a meeting to run to, so I'll just paste the PM here:

Hey Chris, that's a good idea, and one that I can actually use on my rig.

I'm currently running a larger reservoir, and have been meaning to come up with a bracket solution for it. You can see the reservoir in this pic:

This is the reservoir that I'm running, and the fit is excellent, as is the tank itself. It's internally baffled, and I've had no issues with it at all.

I'll come up with a better mounting solution. It will most likely be a bracket that attaches to OEM bolts on the manifold, and provides a flat surface to attach the t-bolt clamp that comes with the reservoirs.

Take care,

Tim

Tank with bracket in OE fashion would be ideal. Tank could be 5" taller and slightly larger in diameter. Not sure the volume gain, but any would help.

I'm not sold on the location of the cooler I have, since its exposed and sits lower than the winch tray (bottom of front frame rail), so looking at moving to the front of radiator, larger resi, new PS lines and swapping the gearbox very, very soon.

I have the Appleton reservoir that I like a little better because it uses a Toyota filter that screws in under it :D
