Nice work on the radius arms! I had something similar in mind a couple months ago, but never got past the "idea" stage. I was going to make them slightly longer than stock (maybe 1"...) and incorporate caster correction also. (I'm assuming you did that as well)

What material did you make them from? I wondered what thickness to use--making them a box section gains a lot of strength, but I didn't know if I could size the material down or if I needed to use 3/8" side plates...
 
thanks. it was welded by a shop here. very nice work.
They are longer (2") and provide caster correction for a 4" lift.
The plates are 3mm thick and boxed for strength. It's lighter and it's not cast iron like the OEM ones. I've had them for 1 yera now and they've work super good so far

But we dont have the mind bending power in our diffs to literally destroy pinion shims
