Friend is wanting to buy the front end out of my 80 p/u (4:11) to do a SAS and I was wondering how much it's worth. Don't want to screw him but want to be fair to myself. I'm foing full width so I don't need it anymore.

If it is an 1980 front axle it does not have the full length gusset on
the top of the axle.
The best front axle to get for a solid axle swap is one from
a 1984-1985 with the full gusset. (stronger)
If he is your friend and you do not need the axle then sell it
to him for 50 dollars.
If he is not that good of a friend then try to get 150 dollars.
Any more than that and your burning him.
I can get 85 axles around here for 150 dollars. (lots-o-junkyards)
Also if he is your friend you might tell him to get the 84-85 axle.
