I hate to do this, but here it goes.
I decided to put my 40 up for sale. Yes, it has a high price tag, but so is my sons college which is the reason I’ve decided sell.
Here is everything I can think of at the moment:
1976 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser,
Here for sale is a completely rust free 1976 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser. Truck is originally from the California desert. All documents, paperwork and receipts will be provided along with build pictures. Truck is Immaculate and has never seen rain or offroad while in my possession. Less than 100 miles since build.
Build Detail:
Like new SBC 350 TBI
New NV4500 transmission
Rebuilt stock transfer case.
Advance Adaptors (engine and transfer)
Prestige rust free steel tub (inside is Rhino lined)
SOA and shackle reversal done correctly (cut and turned front axle)
5 New 35” x 12.5” BFG with less than 100 miles. 15” Summit Smoothies
ARB Air Lockers front and rear. (Compressor under seat).
Rust free Frame (No pitting whatsoever)
OEM style PVC top (Trollholes)
Real Steel Bows (bows have been modified to accept late style doors)
Dakota Digital Dash
Dakota Digital GPS speedometer
Howell engine harness/computer with Painless chassis wiring harness (all wire terminals have been soldered with marine heat shrink).
12pin ALDL OBD1 onboard blue tooth engine diagnostics reader (Android)
Cool Cruiser of Texas front bumper
Saginaw power Steering with Borgession collapsable shaft and Flaming River stainless steel U-Joints.
FJ60 Knuckles (large bolt pattern)

Man that seems risky dude selling it for college. So many kids don't finish or don't even use their degree because when then age a few years they totally change directions. My parents made me pay for my own college, and even then I still have yet to use the degree for anything. Once I got a couple years into my 20s my whole perspective on life and career totally changed.
